Selection Process

1.- Fill the form

On Sunday 18th you will be able to access the form here until Monday 19th 23:59 the application form will be open. In the form you will need to fulfill with a little dance resume with your level, your goals and a dance video to assess your skills. You will also need to answer a few questions about the context: are you coming to RV Marathon as well? do you have the ticket? Where are you coming from?

2.- Wait until a decision has been taken.

We will reach out to you by your contact e-mail to give you an answer. You may have been selected for only one track, both or none. In case that you have been selected for at least one…

3.-Proceed to the payment

If you have been selected, a link or a process to pay will have been shared to you, if you find all suitable, you will have a week to make the payment. After that, we cannot guarantee your spot anymore and free that one for people in the waitlist.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free until April 15th.

After April 15th and until June 30th, the penalty is 50%.

For cancellation requests after June 30th, because finding replacements at this time it’s really hard, the cancellation will not be possible anymore.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join two tracks?

Yes, you can join 2 tracks, but Dominican and
follower track are at the same time so you can only
do one of those and then the partnerwork track.

Is RV Training and RV Marathon Experience the same thing?

No, they are not. If you want to join the marathon you will need to buy a pass.

If you want to join the Training you will need to fulfill the form that will be posted here on Sunday 18th. After being admitted to one or two tracks, you will be sent a link to pay for the tracks you got accepted.
